Our vacation home was completely renovated in 2022 and is ideally located at only 10 minutes walking distance from the beach, bars, restaurants, shops, the market and the arenes. Everything can be done by bike or on foot, allowing you to fully enjoy your stay without having to worry about the car (parked on the property).

The house offers 4 comfortable rooms that can accommodate up to 9 people, perfect for large families or groups of friends. 1 room has a private access from the outside, and another one has a private access to a bathroom and a toilet.

The large and quiet terrace of 50 square meters facing South-East allow you to enjoy the sun all day long, and the preserved land of 1000 square meters will offer you a private space to relax and enjoy your vacations. A 2nd terrace in synthetic grass will allow you to rest on the 4 deckchairs at your disposal.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen to prepare tasty meals, a spacious living room to relax and a high-speed Wi-Fi connection to stay connected. The house also has a plancha for unforgettable grilling evenings with family and friends.
For the little details of comfort: TV lounge, 1 bedroom with bed 180 and large dressing room (which can accommodate a baby travel cot), 1 bedroom with bed 180 and storage space (which can accommodate a baby travel cot), 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90 which can become 1*180 + single bed / trundle and storage space, 1 bedroom with bed 160 (with private access from outside, with keys). The kitchen opens onto the terrace at the back of the house (quiet), 2 bathrooms (Italian shower with bench and shower cabin), 2 toilets, new and qualitative bedding, baby travel cot, deckchairs and games available.
